Electric Model

If you have access to electric power at the place of your work, electric log splitters can fit into your requirements. With these machines you can cut up at least 12" logs with the 120V models and up to 24" with the 240V professional grade models. Larger models will allow splitting log both horizontally and vertically.

 Gas Model

This is a good choice if you want to take this machine to the forest, because these models come with towing feature. This will allow you to cut wood sizing between 18" to 26" depending on model you choose. Larger model will cut the wood both horizontally and vertically.

Skid Steer Model

It offers greater flexibility as you can stand next to it or sit inside your van when you feed logs into the machine. These models come in tons, so choose between 20 to 30 ton models that will allow you to cut 24" to 26" seasoned or green wood.

 3-Point Model

This allows you to use hydraulic and 3-pt. hitch of your tractor to run your splitter. So you run the machine without any separate engine and pump. What else do you want if you are a farmer? Also, your tractor can drag the splitter to the forest effortlessly.
